Toshiba launches two laptops, one tablet
Joining the gadget launch spree at IFA, Berlin, Toshiba too launched two laptops and a tablet. Toshiba Satellite Click is a 13.3-inch IPS touchscreen laptop-cum-tablet hybrid. Click sport an AMD A4 (Temash) processor, Radeon 8000 graphics, a 500GB hard drive, 4GB of RAM, and dual batteries.
Click sports a Webcam, Micro USB 2.0, an HDMI port, and a MicroSD slot. The laptop comes with a keyboard base that has extra battery cells to provide users around two extra hours of runtime.
Another laptop unveiled by Toshiba is touch-enabled Satellite NB15T laptop. Satellite NB15t comes with an 11-inch display, runs on an Intel Celeron (N2810) dual-core processor and sports a 500GB hard drive. The laptop has USB 3.0 and an SD card reader.
Next launch from Toshiba is an 8.1 inch Windows tablet. Called Encore, the touch-enabled tablet is powered by Intel Atom and packs 32GB of storage and a MicroSD slot, along with a USB 2.0 port.
The tablet has an 8-inch, 1,280 x 800 IPS screen. The tablet has a 2-megapixel front and 8-megapixel back camera. There's 32GB of SSD storage, a microSD slot for up to 32GB, Micro USB 2.0 and Micro HDMI. Other features include accelerometers, gyroscopic control, stereo speakers and GPS.
According to Toshiba, the tablet will ship with a full copy of Office Home & Student 2013, along with Xbox Smart Glass app and a "free streaming pass to Xbox Music".
